Toilet was smelly. Poor reception staff. We have booked double bedroom and we got a room with two single beds besides each other.

We were blown away by the Hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk from the bustling promenade and beautiful local beaches. The three pristine pools offered a jaw-dropping sun all day, while the spacious and clean pool area provided the perfect spot to relax. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The entertainment in the Hotel was mind-blowing and kept us entertained throughout our stay. We were over the moon with the delicious and varied food options available, especially the themed restaurant nights like Mexican and Brazilian. Our stunning sea view rooms had all the essentials, including a small refrigerator. With amenities like free Wi-Fi in public areas, a fitness centre, and a spa & wellness centre, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the convenience of the 24-hour reception and the self-service laundry facilities. The breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a mix of continental and satisfying fry-up options. And let's not forget the tasty lunch and dinner buffets, with interesting selections and different choices each day. our stay at this amazing hotel left us in awe and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable vacation.

Your own drinks were not allowed in dining hall, which I belive was not fair as they charge doubel the amount for a can of coke or other drinks.

I had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was amazing, with a beautiful beach just 500m away, making it perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. It was also conveniently located for exploring the local restaurants and bars, which were within walking distance. The big beds in the room provided a peaceful night's sleep and the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The range of services offered, such as room service and car and bicycle hire, made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spa and wellness centre with a sauna and swimming pool. The outdoor sun terrace was a great spot to soak up the sun and the entertainment options, such as table tennis and billiard tables, kept me entertained throughout my stay.

The rude behaviour of one staff member named Samantha. However, aside from this isolated incident, the overall service at this hotel was excellent.

Great value for money and excellent location - just a short walk to the beautiful, clean beach and easy access to public transportation. The all-inclusive deal was fantastic, with a good selection of drinks and delicious food, especially the themed dinners. The room was spacious and cleaned daily.

The front desk staff could have been more attentive and helpful. The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location is great, right next to the beach which was lovely. The pool is well-maintained and there are plenty of sunbeds available on the rooftop deck. The rooms are clean and have a nice sea view.

The staff is not very friendly, especially in the piano bar which is quite dated. The daytime entertainment staff is embarrassing to watch and not worth the time.

We booked room with balcony and sea view but somehow reservation has been change by Booked.net we belive and we had got basement level room with no balcony and a car park view, close to rear door. Very noisy until late hours as the door were used by stuff, noise from the kitchen, stuff throwing glass at midnight, very cold room with no heating. Worse hotel I have ever been to.

Entertainment was basic and repeated nightly, also the staff were the most unhelpful people I have ever had the misfortune to meet, no Wi-Fi even though I asked to speak to a manager the staff told me none were avaiable during my 10 day stay (Funny that I saw most of them drinking at the bar at nights) The cleaning staff were the best every day they came in so I leave them out of my complaint. The food was greasy and unpalatable, so I will not be going back there. I have listed these details on Trip Advisor to warn potential clients of this 4 Star???(thats a laugh 3 at best) Please make sure that this hotel is made aware of the staff, perhaps they could ask them to learn Manners and Some English and give them proper training please.
